What Happens After You Submit
An enquiry submitted through this form or by phone goes directly to our team — not a call center or a third-party intake service. We read every submission and route it based on the service area you select, so a guiderail repair question and a fabrication question don’t get treated the same way or land with the wrong person.
From there, expect a direct response within one business day, either confirming we’re a fit and outlining next steps, or letting you know if your project falls outside what we handle so you’re not left waiting on a response that isn’t coming. For state DOT and public bid work, that first response is typically about confirming scope and prequalification status before a formal proposal is put together; for private commercial and municipal projects, it’s usually a conversation about the site, timeline, and budget before we scope a proposal.

New installation, post-crash repair, or maintenance on W-beam, box beam, high-tension cable barrier, impact attenuators, or timber rail — public or private.
Bridge Railing
New bridge rail, tubular thrie beam, or a retrofit/upgrade project on an existing structure.

Fabrication
A custom rail, fence, weldment, or safety-structure need our in-house shop can fabricate — new or repair.

Response timing can vary a little depending on the inquiry — a straightforward repair or maintenance question usually gets a quick answer, while a larger new installation or public bid inquiry may take a bit longer as we confirm scope, location, and prequalification status before responding in full. Either way, you hear back from someone who actually reviewed what you sent, not an automated acknowledgment.
